Account Registration & Usage

Each person may hold only one account on hollybet. One account You may open one. If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts — under the same name, from the same device, or using the same payment method — hollybet reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit the balances.

The information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Opening an account with false information is considered a breach of these terms and may result in the account being closed at any time.

• It is the member's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person under any circumstances.
• Any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access to your account must be reported to hollybet support immediately.
• Deposits and withdrawals will be restricted until your mobile number has been verified.

Documents required for KYC verification:

• All deposits must come from the member's own payment account — deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Hollybet does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider's own fees may apply.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact support — make sure to keep your payment provider's reference number on hand.

Hollybet holds all deposited funds in a separate, secured account to ensure member funds are protected at all times. Member funds are never mixed with hollybet's operational finances.

Withdrawal Policy & Timeframes

Hollybet is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals. For members who have completed KYC verification, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 for standard members; higher limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.

Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once the process has been initiated — please confirm before submitting a request. hollybet cannot guarantee the recovery of funds sent to an incorrect number.

Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on hollybet, it's important to familiarize yourself with the rules below. These rules apply to all bet types — pre-match, live, and accumulator.

• Minimum bet: ৳10 (ten BDT).
• Maximum single bet: Varies by sport and market — displayed on the bet slip.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — partial settlement may be possible where applicable using the Cash Out feature.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• For suspended matches — if play resumes within the designated timeframe, the bet remains valid; otherwise, it will be voided.
• Hollybet reserves the right to void any bet where there is an obvious technical error or pricing mistake in the odds.

Odds can change rapidly during live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final. hollybet is not responsible for any delays in live bet acceptance.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Hollybet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, clearly stated on the relevant offer page. Some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once. If no deposit is made within 7 days of registration, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. A bonus becomes withdrawable only after it has been wagered the specified number of times (typically 5x–20x).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Any bonus abuse or bonus-hunting activity will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Lottery results are entirely random and determined by a third-party verified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• Tickets cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased.
• The maximum number of tickets a member may purchase in a single draw is stated on the relevant page.
• Winners must get in touch and confirm their claim within 72 hours of winning, or the prize may be forfeited.
• KYC verification is mandatory before claiming large prizes (৳10,000 or above).

Lottery draw schedules are set by hollybet — members will be notified if a draw is delayed due to technical issues.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hollybet. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Operating multiple accounts or using an account on behalf of another person.
• Attempting to pass KYC verification using a false identity or forged documents.
• Misuse of bonuses or use of arbitrage betting strategies.
• Attempting to use hacking tools, bots, or automated software on the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting errors or system bugs on hollybet.

Account Closure & Suspension

Members may close their account at any time. To do so, contact support or submit a request through your account settings.

Hollybet may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• If KYC verification fails or the required documents are not submitted.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance will be returned; however, if the closure is due to a rule violation, bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Changes, Updates & Communication

Hollybet reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or SMS at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you will have the option to close your account.
